1985, 37' C & C YACHTS TRI-CABIN SAILBOAT Price Just Reduced $10,000 down to Only $39,000 This rare C & C 37, Tri-Cabin Yachts Sailboat is in far above average condition and in need of a new home. She sleeps six (6) adults in six (6) berths all surrounded by teak and holly sole. What helped to make this sailboat much better for Southwest Florida, was the shortening of the keel down to 5' 5" which was done by the factory at C & C Yachts. This vessel was rigged as a masthead cutter with double aluminum spreaders on an oval shaped anodized aluminum mast and boom. The standing rigging is comprised of Navtec rod which is cold headed to the various end fittings and appears in good condition. Navtec turnbuckles are fitted to through deck chainplates which are firmly anchored to reinforced points on the interior of the hull. She includes Seven (7) sails as well as the Harken roller furling system for the jib. Some of the other features to take note of are; Spare Martee Folding Prop; Aluminum Spinnaker Pole; Aluminum Reaching Strut; Navtec S.S. Rod Rigging; All halyards lead to the cockpit; Two (2) Barient #27 Primary Winches; Two (2) Barient #25 Secondary Winches; Three (3) Barient Winches at the cockpit; Four (4) Barient #18 Winches on deck at the mast; and Two (2) Danforth and One (1) Bruce Anchor all with rodes. The A/C Electrical System consists of 125 VAC with one 30-Amp Inlet and One 30-Amp shore power cord. The D/C System Electrical Panel consists of 8/8 (sixteen) breaker switches and a 20 Amp Voltmeter with Thermoplastic Insulated Copper Strand wire. The Battery, Alternator and Selector Switch are all new in 2008. The galley GSI Three (3) Burner Stove has been converted to LPG gas. Some of the Electronics Include; Furuno Radar Model [removed phone]; Ritchie Power Damp Compass in a pedestal; VHF Uniden Oceanus VHF Radio with Cordless Remote; Brass Clock and Barometer; Autohelm Auto Pilot and standard Speed Indicator. ADDITIONAL NOTES: This Sailboat was hauled out and dry docked for eight (8) months before the hull was repaired for blisters and rudder was also rebuilt in 2011 for a cost of around $14,000.00. She had a new barrier coat and new bottom paint. New (in 2011) Canvas Mainsail cover and custom dodger built and new bimini top at $8,000.00. Mast painted with All-Grip paint and rewired with new Nav Lights to the tune of about $1,600.00. New interior cushions and curtains in 2011 at $2,000.00.
