This beautiful tri-deck has the accommodations found on much larger yacht including four staterooms with ensuite heads on the lower deck. On the Main deck you'll find a large main salon with a baby grand piano day head galley dinette office area and breakfast nook. along with a spacious aft deck with full crew accomodations below. The upper deck is a sky lounge great for crusing in all types of weather with large front windows and opening side windows giving way to pamaramic views. Going aft leads you to a large sun deck a great place for relaxing sunbathing or grilling on a built in Jenn-Air. The joinery work throughout is beautifully finished with birds eye-maple. This yacht has many ammenities plus with it's shoal draft there are no restrictions in Florida waters. She is duty paid and the owner will consider a trade for a smaller boat. We are open to offers!

After boarding on the port side forward you'll find the staircase to the staterooms below an office area and breakfast nookwith an L-shaped settee. Exiting from the Main Salon you find a great aft deck for entertaining your guests. You will also find a aft docking station with bow thruster controls (portside). On the starboard side you'll find access to the crews quarters and engine room. Access to the swim platform is either port or starboard down a molded in stair cases. Additional Information
In August 2008 the boat was hauled and the bottom was painted (No blisters) props recondition new cutlass bearing and replaced the dripless seals.The boat was repainted the summer of 2004 and still looks great.
